ResuPulse is hiring its first Full Stack Engineer (Fresher 2025/2026) for a 100% remote role working directly with the founder on Next.js 16, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Groq AI.
Job Description
ResuPulse is an early-stage, founder-led AI career platform offering resume analysis, job matching, an AI resume builder, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, and an AI career assistant—all live in production today. They are hiring their first Full Stack Engineer. You will work directly with the founder, with no management layer in between, across the real production stack: a Next.js 16 App Router frontend and a separate Next.js API backend, TypeScript throughout, MongoDB Atlas for data, and Groq-powered AI inference for the resume and career tools. This role is for freshers—you will take on genuine ownership from week one, with close guidance while you find your footing. You will build features end to end, work within the existing layered backend architecture (Controller → Service → Repository → MongoDB), help build and refine AI-powered features, fix bugs, and improve performance across the stack. You will write clear, typed code and work directly with the founder on code review and decisions.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent degree (2025-2026 batch or recently graduated).
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred).
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and either SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable with Git and reading documentation independently.
- A project you can walk us through—college, personal, or open source.
Key Responsibilities
- Build features end to end—UI in Next.js/React/TypeScript, API routes on the backend, and the MongoDB schema behind them.
- Work within the existing layered backend architecture (Controller → Service → Repository → MongoDB).
- Help build and refine AI-powered features that call Groq for resume analysis, job matching, and career guidance.
- Fix bugs and improve performance across the stack as they come up.
- Write clear, typed code and work directly with the founder on code review and decisions.
Required Technical & Soft Skills
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred).
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable with Git and reading documentation independently.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills to work directly with the founder.
Salary, Benefits & Preferred Skills
- Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹5,50,000 PA.
