Key Responsibilities
- Observe and understand scheduling and production monitoring activities performed by IBM consultants.
- Gain industry experience by administering applications and monitoring operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Support Low to Medium production technical tasks related to application functionality and key technologies.
- Assist in non-code related application configuration activities.
- Perform application monitoring, including incident and fault analysis, and simple rectification tasks.
- Ensure smooth administration of applications related to services.
Daily Roles and Duties
- Monitor application processes to identify and report any incidents or faults.
- Perform simple rectification and troubleshooting tasks as directed by senior consultants.
- Assist in scheduling and monitoring production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Gain knowledge about application functionality and the underlying technologies used for development.
- Support the team in configuration-related tasks that do not involve coding.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve support queries.
