As a Quality Assurance Apprentice, you will perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on computer-based examinations using Pearson proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on computer-based examinations using Pearson proprietary tools. - Execute test plans and validate exam content by utilizing internal applications, XML/HTML-based tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting systems. - Conduct comprehensive testing of exam functionality, navigation, scoring, and user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality concerns and provide detailed feedback. - Manage assigned quality assurance activities by prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers / less than 1 year experience). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and understanding of XML/HTML tools.
