Role: Product Support - Intern (6-Month Full-Time Internship with hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS solutions and global clients).

Eligibility Criteria

Education: MBA or Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.

Passout Batches: 2025 and onwards passouts ONLY.

Experience: 0-1 years of experience (Freshers are eligible to apply).

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of technical concepts & SaaS products, familiarity with MS Excel, and analytical thinking.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).

Key Responsibilities

First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for global customers, handling queries via email, chat, and calls.

Application Support: Support Zycus Procurement Applications (Source-to-Pay suite).

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Technical Account Management and cross-functional teams to resolve customer incidents efficiently.

Configuration & Testing: Assist in product configuration, troubleshooting, incident management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Process Improvement: Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Required Technical & Soft Skills

Technical: Basic understanding of technical concepts, SaaS products, MS Excel, and analytical problem solving.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, eagerness to learn, and strong team collaboration skills.

Important Notes & Job Details

Duration: 6 Months Full-Time Internship.

Work Location: Mumbai (Seepz, Andheri East) - Hybrid Work Mode.

Shift Details: Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
