MS Service Engineer L1 (Managed Services / Networking)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology / Computing.
• CCNA or equivalent certification mandatory.
• Entry-level experience or completion of relevant intern program.
• Knowledge of network monitoring, data center, and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to identify errors prior to occurrence.
• Investigate first line incidents assigned and identify root causes.
• Execute approved maintenance activities including patching and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot uplinks to ISPs for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
