Job Description
MillerKnoll is hiring an RPA Application Developer to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders. This role focuses on developing functionality and enhancements for robotic process automation using UiPath. You will also work with PowerApps, SharePoint, and other low-code platforms. The role supports divisions across the globe using agile methodology (SCRUM).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or post-graduate in computer science, technology, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of work experience in UiPath development.
- Strong understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath RPA.
- Ensure specifications are designed for stable and efficient workflows.
- Document automated workflow designs.
- Maintain quality of processes, platform code, and data.
- Participate in functional testing and process re-engineering.
- Provide support for RPA solutions as Subject Matter Expert.
Required Technical & Soft Skills
- Development experience using UiPath RPA (must have).
- Command of version control (GIT/Bitbucket).
- Exposure to AI workloads, CoPilot Agents, and Power Platform (added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, design, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Work Mode & Shift Details
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Initial 6 months WFO, then hybrid).
- Shift Details: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
