Software Application Development Apprentice (March 2027 Start)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Less than 1 year of experience in software application development.
• Programming experience in at least one coding language.
• Active mobile number linked with Aadhaar and Aadhaar-seeded bank account.
• Candidates should NOT have previously undergone apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act.
• Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and follow coding standards and ensure compliance with quality measures.
• Support team in development of software based on agreed projects and platforms.
• Contribute to implementation, unit testing, and integration to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Apply knowledge gained in apprenticeship to real-world applications.
• Ensure code is tested in accordance with team guidelines.

Round 2: Online Assessment — Details: Evaluate programming and problem-solving skills | Topics: Coding, Problem-solving, Logic | Mode: Online | Purpose: Assess technical knowledge and coding skills

Round 3: Technical Interview — Details: Assess software development and programming knowledge | Topics: Programming languages, Software testing, Development practices | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Evaluate technical proficiency

Round 4: HR Interview — Details: Evaluate communication and cultural fit | Topics: Communication skills, Motivation, Enthusiasm for new technologies | Mode: Online / In-person | Purpose: Final evaluation of soft skills
