Eligibility Criteria & Experience
Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise product interfaces and AI-driven creative work.
Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and motion design.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered design, video, or image generation tools (minimum 3–4 tools).
Experience working on enterprise applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex technical systems into intuitive user experiences and clear visual narratives.
Experience contributing to or building design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks.

You will be a valued member of the AI Market Unit and work collaboratively with FDE engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver AI-native interfaces.

Design agentic and conversational AI interfaces that enhance usability, trust, and governance for enterprise applications.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and reusable components for seamless engineering handoff.
Create AI-powered demo videos, visual assets, and storytelling content for client engagements and industry events.
Translate complex AI and multi-agent architectures into intuitive dashboards, visuals, and business-friendly narratives.
Lead UX research, stakeholder engagement, and ensure design quality standards across projects.
