Trainee Process Associate (AR Caller - Voice Process)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates in BBA, BA, BCom, BCA, BSc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths, Life Sciences), or MBA.
• Passout batches: 2020 to 2026 eligible (career gap accepted).
• Diploma and B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech are NOT eligible.
• Must reside within 15 km radius of AGS Health Kondapur / Kothaguda.

Key Responsibilities

• Address outstanding AR through analysis and phone calls to US insurance payers.
• Utilize billing tools to resolve claims and update outcomes in the billing system.
• Report denial patterns and credentialing issues to team leads.
• Meet daily SLAs for production volume and accuracy quality standards.

Round 4: Operational/Technical Interview — Details: Final interview to assess AR calling and healthcare knowledge | Topics: AR calling, Healthcare billing, Problem-solving | Mode: Face to Face | Purpose: Evaluate domain knowledge
